Terms of use

Shipyard is a small, solo-built tool for tracking what you're building. By signing up you agree to a few common-sense things.

Your account.Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account. If something goes wrong, email us and we'll do what we can.

Your content.The projects and session notes you log are yours. By posting them under a public profile you're making them visible to anyone with the link. Don't post anything illegal, abusive, or that infringes someone else's rights.

Service.Shipyard is offered "as is". We'll work hard to keep it running, but we don't promise zero downtime or that everything is bug-free. Use of the service is at your own risk.

Account closure. You can delete your account at any time from settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or abuse the service.

Changes.These terms may change as the product grows. We'll surface meaningful changes in the app before they take effect.
